We created the Tools For Traders Support Community to assist our subscribers with common questions that they may have about our products and services, and to provide them a way to report any problems they may be having.  The Forum and Chat Group allows users to see if others have had the same problem and how that was resolved, and it also provides them a way to request help in a format that is convenient and familiar.
